Arman-Sazi International Mining and Industrial Complex, Behnam Technology (Private Joint Stock Company),
has decided to commence its activities in the fields of mining, industry, and modernized housing construction.
Address: Islamic Republic of Iran, Kerman Province, cities of Shahr-e Babak, Sirjan, and Rafsanjan.
It includes 15 metallic and non-metallic mines, as well as two mega industrial production sites — one focused on high-tech and robotic manufacturing, and another on modernized housing development, including tower and hotel construction projects.
These facilities are designed with the most advanced welfare amenities for the complex’s personnel and are powered by green energy sources.
In general terms, the total investment of Behnam Technology Complex in these projects amounts to approximately fifty billion euros (€50,000,000,000),
without receiving any domestic or foreign bank loans.
Description of the First Production Site:
This complex includes a limestone and gold mine with a purity level of 99% and 98%, ensuring the highest quality of daily pure lime production.
The facility is equipped with:
A crushing unit and industrial lime granulation plant with a production capacity of 300 tons per hour,
Advanced and standard Raymond micronized systems producing lime powder from 200 to 2500 mesh,
with a total capacity of 1,000 tons per 24 hours,
using industrial-grade lime extracted at 99% purity.
Equipped with a vertical kiln producing 2,500 tons per 24 hours of industrial burnt lime,
along with a micronized production unit with a capacity of 1,000 tons per 24 hours.
The facility includes a hydrated lime production unit with a capacity of 1,000 tons per 24 hours,
along with a micronized processing line of 1,000 tons per 24 hours.
A cement clinker production facility with a capacity of 6,000 tons per 24 hours.
A white cement production facility with a capacity of 2,000 tons per 24 hours.
An asphalt production facility with a capacity of 160 tons per hour.
A wind and solar power plant, along with a dual-fuel generator, with a capacity of up to 50 megawatts.
Second Production Site: This industrial complex includes the production of basic processed stone materials, including diamond wires, segments, stone polishing packages, various epoxy liquids, epoxy meshes, wooden pallets, and other essential materials for this massive production capacity.
The facility handles the cutting of building stones with 30 multi-wire machines using 74 diamond wires, 10 epoxy resin lines, 10 slab polishing lines, and 25 high-tech CNC machines from the Italian manufacturer Breton S.p.A., fully automated and robotic, representing the world’s latest technology. The production capacity reaches 15 million square meters of stone slabs over 264 days.
Given the large volume of stone cutting sludge and the resulting calcium carbonate, the material is dried using filter presses and rotary kilns. Metallic elements are separated from the powders, and calcium carbonate powder is obtained through two micronizing units. This calcium carbonate powder is used for cardboard and paperboard production as well as lightweight aerated concrete blocks, produced across three active production units. The printing, coloring, and thick paper, cardboard, and packaging units are also operational.
Additionally, this factory produces five-layer pipes, gold and silver ingots, and separates valuable elements from copper ore via induction melting furnaces. It is involved in constructing metal skeleton structures, metal warehouses, and various types of overhead cranes.
There is a float glass production line with two 350-ton furnaces operating 24 hours, producing clear, colored, reflective, bent, double-glass, and triple-glass types, totaling 36 glass varieties, along with metallic and non-metallic hardware production.
The facility also produces hydrated lime, industrial lime, nano-hydrated lime, and micronized lime. Other production units include ferro-silicomanganese, ferro-silicon, and high-carbon ferromanganese.
For the first time worldwide, this factory is equipped with indoor metro lines connecting each production unit. Human transport from production halls to modern residential areas for personnel is fully integrated, with a railway network connection.
The complex is also equipped with wind, solar, and dual-fuel generator power plants with a total capacity of up to 50 megawatts. It will directly employ 5,000 people and is located in the area between Sirjan and Shahrbabak.
Third Construction Site: A residential complex consisting of 18 high-tech, modern residential towers ranging from 100 to 200 floors, equipped with the most advanced sports, cultural, and retail facilities. Construction is planned across 10 provinces in Iran, including modernized 100-to-200-floor hotels for the personnel of this complex.
