The family’s business legacy dates back generations to 1931.
It represents a 94-year-old industrial and construction contracting heritage. Since 2020, with the establishment of a new company, the organization has pursued a modernized direction with defined strategic objectives.

Historic Activities (1931–1991)

Mr. Shokrollah Rahatvarnoosfaderani began working in 1931 in the stone industry, moving from Mahmoudabad, Isfahan, to Shoush, Tehran, on Fadaiyan-e-Islam Street.
He proudly started as a stone-cutting laborer and rose to become a producer of decorative construction stone.
His field expanded from construction contracting to major governmental projects, including:

• The former Ministry of Industry, Mine, and Trade building on Somayeh Street

• The original Chamber of Commerce building

• Bank Melli Hospital

• Sections of Azadi Square development

• The original Plasco Commercial Complex

• The embassies of the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, and former Russia

• Construction contractor of the old Parliament building

• International export of building stone

International Operations (1991–2020)

In countries such as the UAE, USA, Canada, Japan, Norway, the UK, and Australia, the company acted as a provider of large-scale free capital investments, participating in major urban development, tower construction, industrial, and mining megaprojects, as well as collaborations with reputable private international banks.
